How I tend to show up

I’m not a loud consultant. I’m more of a thoughtful operator.

I like sitting with leaders, asking good questions, looking at real data, and mapping what’s actually happening underneath the surface. Then helping design systems that feel sane, sustainable, and owned by the people who use them.

Most of my work today is with founders and leadership teams who want to:

• get out of the weeds without losing touch with reality

• make better decisions with the information they already have

• build operations that support their life, not consume it

Sometimes that’s a short diagnostic. Sometimes it’s longer-term advisory work. Either way, it’s always practical and grounded.

A bit of context

I live in Northwest Arkansas with my wife and our three boys. Outside of work you’ll usually find me mountain biking, hiking, fly fishing, officiating a wedding in Mexico (see photo above. available anytime!!) or reading something that makes me rethink how I’m spending my time.

I care about faith, family, meaningful work, and helping people build things that last.

Not in a hustle way. In a stewardship way.
