Hi, I'm Tony.
I've spent most of my career helping businesses grow through messy, real-world transitions. The kind where things are working, but not smoothly. Where the founder is still carrying too much. Where the systems kind of exist, but nobody fully trusts them.
I've led digital and operations work for over 20 years, mostly in ecommerce and consumer brands. I've been inside both big organizations and small founder-led teams, and I've seen the same patterns repeat again and again.
Growth creates friction. People create workarounds. Good intentions slowly turn into complexity.
I'm drawn to the middle of that. The place where things are almost working, but not quite.
Not a loud consultant. A thoughtful operator.
I like sitting with leaders, asking good questions, looking at real data, and mapping what's actually happening underneath the surface. Then helping design systems that feel sane, sustainable, and owned by the people who use them.

Make better decisions with the information they already have.
Build operations that support their life, not consume it.
Sometimes that's a short diagnostic. Sometimes it's longer-term advisory work. Either way, it's always practical and grounded.
I live in Northwest Arkansas with my wife and our three boys. Outside of work you'll usually find me mountain biking, hiking, fly fishing, officiating a wedding in Mexico (see photo. available anytime!!), or reading something that makes me rethink how I'm spending my time.
I care about faith, family, meaningful work, and helping people build things that last. Not in a hustle way. In a stewardship way.
